Meet Phil Devine
Meet Phil Devine, project manager and head carpenter of Ottawa Deck Builders. Phil was born in Montreal but grew up in Ottawa. He developed a huge interest in woodworking at an early age, which led him to complete the carpentry program at Algonquin College after graduating high school.
After acquiring his post-secondary education in the field, Phil chose to work in the decking industry because it allowed him to work outside while performing hands-on tasks. Phil truly enjoys completing structural framing, interacting with clients, and being involved in the process of running a business.
