The rooftop layout had to work around a gas chimney stack, roof venting, and a skylight while keeping the deck usable.
A rooftop deck with clearly divided spaces, coordinated Cabana and Earl Grey finishes, Fortress railing, privacy screens, and thoughtful trim around rooftop constraints.
Defined spaces
A single breaker board divides the rooftop spaces without getting in the way of usability.
Urban privacy
Privacy screens were included along with the Fortress AL13 Home railing.
